I've been in the fitness industry for over 30 years, and I've had great success helping thousands of women reach their fitness goals.

I frequently meet women who were given the wrong advice or just do not know where to turn for their health issues, particularly where their metabolism is concerned.
 
I understand the body's systems and how they work together to achieve optimum health. If there's a misfire in one area — your metabolism, hormones, thyroid, or digestion — it can throw off everything else. Losing weight becomes impossible.
 
Exercising more and eating less is not always the solution. Finding the balance between the correct exercise and nutrition is necessary for better health, increased energy, and increased metabolism.  Added stress to the body will only make your symptoms worse and is not conducive to obtaining physiological changes.

I hold a certification in The Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Specialization Program from Sam Miller Science. I know how your metabolic health, digestive health, and hormonal health impact your body, can work against you, and how to solve it! My role in The Female Blueprint Demystified program focuses on three specific areas:

​I'll look at your bloodwork, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise plan and more to determine what may be stopping you from achieving your fitness goals. Together we will develop a nutrition and exercise plan that will put you on a path to success.

Is your thyroid not working properly because your gut health is throwing it off? Do you have digestive issues? Do you constantly crave sugar or have unexpected fatigue or sluggishness? I'll figure it out and how to correct it through nutrition and exercise.

Women start Perimenopause at different ages. Some women notice signs of progression toward menopause, such as menstrual irregularity, typically during their 40s. Some women notice changes as early as their mid-30s. ​
Perimenopause and menopause can be a frustrating phase of life for most women. Our hormones throw off everything: sleep, digestion, brain fog, and the increase of that stubborn belly fat. Maintaining a healthy weight plays a significant role in your hormonal health.
