My program focuses on what's really going on with women. Women tend to focus on the exterior — what their body looks like — but they are trying to fill a void. They are feeling lonely, lost, or alone. In a world where we are told appearance is everything, we are growing older. How can we turn inwards to learn who we are in our "new" body?
What if the answer isn't found in the traditional methods you've been told, but to fill the emptiness we must first become friends with who we are? Are you feeling empty? Do you want to feel better but just don't know how? Have you lost yourself somewhere along the way and don't know which direction to take? |
I'm a licensed psychotherapist, certified trauma yoga instructor, and oftentimes the missing piece for women looking for answers to improving their overall health. Women tend to focus on their bodies and miss the important role emotions play in wellness.

In my therapy practice, I help women through a holistic approach focusing on mind, body, and spirit. Many of my therapy clients participate in my yoga programs as part of their emotional healing. Through yoga, clients may notice physical feelings that are their emotions expressed through their bodies. Yoga may help with emotional stability and assist you in changing your physiology so that undesirable physical symptoms are lessened.

Many women come to me confused. They are looking for answers. They are trying to balance their work and personal obligations without taking time for self-care. Women who come to The Female Blueprint Demystified are broken; they've tried diets, pills, and exercise to no avail. Through our program, they finally have hope.
If you don't address your emotions, particularly during perimenopause and menopause, you will not become the healthiest version of yourself. During your therapy and/or yoga sessions with me, we will dig deep into your emotions. We will look at whether you need to lose weight or if are you reacting to what society is telling you that you need to look like. Is there something you are not addressing emotionally that you are covering up with food? |
